Susan Middendorf

Susan grew up in Northern California in a neighborhood of Sacramento.  After high school she attended Cal Poly and graduated with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering.

After graduation she went to work for Herman Miller. While at Herman Miller, Susan advanced her knowledge of systems and effciency of process. After 3 years at Herman Miller, the company was faced with the decision to downsize for survival of the business and Susan had to move on.

Her next job working with Solar Turbines brought her to San Diego. Susan had served an internship with Solar while at Cal Poly so she already felt comfortable in San Diego. "San Diego is a great community and I knew that I was in the right place for me," says Middendorf.

With three years at Solar Turbines, Susan decided it was time to have her hand at something new. Real Estate had always held her interest, but she needed to find what facet of the Real Estate industry was going to be right for her.

Her first experience in the Real Estate industry was as an Appraiser. Susan got her appraisers license and spent two years working as an appraiser. While she loved this job, it just didn't quite seem to be everything she was looking for.

She together with her partner, Greg Plummer, decided to open a brokerage of their own.

The goal was to create a business that worked in sync with both sides of the Real Estate Industry. Susan would advance Home Buying as we know it and Greg would utilize his skills as a Creative Mortgage Finance Planner.

This unique combination delivers a one two punch simplifying the Home Buying Process. Together they develped a unique process that makes it much easier and less stressful on their clients buying homes. Also, the approach to proper planning eliminates any unecessary refinancing of the home in the short term.

Susans' experience as an appraiser gives her a unique insight to the true value of a home.

Her experience as a Real Estate Investor and working on numerous Rehab Projects gives her a valued insight to what a project will cost and the true value of the improvements that her clients may be considering for their next home purchase.

She has clients who bought at the PEAK of the market and still created a massive increase in equity for their home. Even taking in to account the values of todays market.
